For our new team we are looking for a high-performing Key Account Manager to help us meet our corporate customers and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential and crafting sales plans.
Responsibilities:
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets;
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence;
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
• Deal with all kinds of issues and problems and stay positive and focused even in critical situations.
Requirements:
Technical Skills
• 2+ years of experience in sales or sales development;
• Comfortable outbounding sales and finding new prospects;
• Taking initiative and ready to take ownership of accounts.
Human Skills
• Good level of English;
• Ambitious with a growth mindset, always looking for new challenges and way to improve your work;
• Willingness to learn, try, and accept feedback for continuous improvement;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in composing concise, accurate, and appropriately targeted responses;
• Strong organizational skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
